Guidelines set out by England Netball and the Government

April 2021

All Players must OPT-IN before coming to training:

please click on this link,
Signing this means that you have read, understood, and agreed to work to all rules set out by England Netball and the Government relating to Covid-19 restrictions.

Please do not turn up to training if you have symptoms of COVID-19, have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 or have been asked to isolate by Track & Trace or any other establishment.

It is your duty to ensure you are not putting anyone else at risk (please download and read Health Declaration here). This will be displayed outside of the court area and if you answer yes to any of these questions, please do not attend the session. You will be asked to read these questions upon arrival to each session and will be marked present and allowed into the court area if you confirm ‘no’ to all of these questions. If anyone has answered ‘yes’ to 1 or more of these questions, they will not be allowed entry to the courts and will be asked to return home immediately.

In addition to this we require you to read the ‘COVID-19 Personal Risk Assessment’ (please download and read Personal Risk Assessment here). We will have sanitised balls on court and there will be a sanitiser break every 15 minutes for everyone to sanitise their hands and the balls that have been used. All equipment & posts will have been sanitised before use (see the Sanitisation policy here).

England Netball rules – returning to sport;

  • Maximum of 30 participants per court not including coaches or officials

  • A maximum of one hour of close contact activity is permitted – warm up must be factored into this for a match (or done socially distanced)

  • Modified game rules, as attached, must continue to be implemented

  • Bibs cannot be shared
